Last week I wanted something easy, quick, and subtle. Yes, even I get tired of bold and bright sometimes. so I got some decals and a couple bottles of polish to create this simple, casual look.
I started with two coats of Avon's "Blue Flare":
Then I added wide tips with one of my favorite holos - China Glaze "OMG".
Added some white flower decals, and two coats of Seche Vite to seal. I cleaned it
